With over 15 years of dedicated nursing experience, Nicole Rankins founded Upbeat Healthcare Training with a singular vision: to elevate the standard of care by producing exceptionally trained, compassionate healthcare professionals.
Having personally taught and mentored hundreds of students in the Cincinnati area, Nicole brings real-world clinical expertise directly into the classroom. Her approach goes beyond textbooks, focusing on the human element of healthcare.
